Beginner Pole Dance- Pole Dancing for Housewives! A Studio favorite & fantastic workout! First-timers and beginners come and learn the basics of pole dance and exotic movement in a safe and encouraging environment. This class helps to build a stronger upper body for more intensive pole tricks and movement.
Cardio Pole- Strip away your inhibitions to a whole new FIT you! Learn new exotic dance moves on the floor to work up an incredible sweat and top it off with basic pole movements, tricks, and combinations for a work out you'll have fun with. The only class of its' kind in Las Vegas! There is only one place you can get a cardio-tease burlesque style dance class with your pole dance lesson. Cardio Pole is Exclusive to StudiOhm. Cardio Pole Dance Class is an hour and a half, with half of the class spent learning tease and burlesque style moves in a follow along style. New students will find the dance portion fun and easy to follow along, and experienced students will come away with urban exotic-style emphasis to add to any other form of dance. Anyone will walk away with a new movement vocabulary they can use at home, or in the dance club. The second half of class you & your friends will move to the poles. Our beautiful brand-new studio boasts six gleaming brass stripper poles, enough for everyone in our small classes to get a workout. You will learn pole tricks, AND building blocks of pole tricks so you can create your own specialty pole moves. In Cardio Pole we also teach you how to hold your weight safely on the pole to build strength for climbs and inversions. Each class also includes pole combinations with graceful mounts, dismounts, approaches, how to move between the poles, and sexy filler moves. We keep you sweating! You will forget you are exercising, but you will be happy with the results you see after just a few weeks. This is a wonderful way to do your cardio and strength training, and to really work on moving and toning your curves, as well as meet new friends and bond with the girls. Open to all levels.
