Afro - Funk - Dance to R&B and learn how to let loose, liven up, and get down. Barefoot Trance Dance Party - Trance Dance is a freestyle frolic. Studio Open promotes socializing and celebration in a healthy way. This party is alcohol free and drug free. Come feel the high! Dance barefoot with live drumming and unleash the rhythm of your soul. Party by donation. Beginner Belly Dance - Learn basic belly dance movements. Movements are broken down for the beginner belly dancer and focus is on technique and attaining a comfort level to perform basic Middle Eastern combinations. Beginner Tango - Learn Tango basics:Steps and turns, embrace and floor etiquette. Beginner Yoga Flow - Beginner Hatha with a Fluid based sequence. Belly Dance - Traditional cabaret style dance from the roots of Egypt. Creative Body Toning - This class is structured to take your body and mind on a journey through yoga, pilates and dance combined. Creative music and dialogue is used to create a fun and exciting workout. Tone your body, become body concious! De-Stress Beginner Yoga - Designed for the beginner, but also very restorative for the advanced yogi, this class will de-stress you through movement, breath, and stretch, allowing tension to be completely released from the body, mind, and spirit. Includes a nice guided meditation. Ethnic Exotic Dance - Ethnic dance techniques, serpentine movement, creative flow, and West African influence to release the creative flow. Expressive Yoga - Hatha yoga postures and fluid body movement creatively designed for students of all levels interested in tapping into the core integrity of the body and soul. Aimed at toning & strengthening the body while inspiring and relaxing the mind. Flamenco - Beginner Flamenco for students that need basic footwork skills and instruction. Class focuses on footwork, simple drills and combinations. Goju-Ryu Karate - Goju Ryu traditional Japanese Karate art of self-defense. The founder Chojun Miyagi defined essense of karate-Do as that "Karate-Do is a measure to train your body and mind, to keep in shape and to protect yourself in a dangerous situation." This class welcomes children and adults. The class is divided, Sensei Leon teaches the adults and Sempai Eliya teaches the children during the same time slot. Childrens classes start from 5-years old and up. Hatha Yoga - Breath awareness in combination with yoga postures to create strength and flexibility. Balancing the body mind and spirit. Improv Modern Dance - Creative Improv Dance that often tells a story. A great workout with a unique twist. Kundalini Yoga - Intense breath work with postures to awaken subtle energy systems in the body, increasing mental clarity, strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system, and releasing toxins out of the body. Middle Eastern Jazz - TA fusion of flamenco, Indian, and Belly Dance Styles. Taught by Cirque du Soleil performance artist. Forms promotes the learning of a female's sensuality as she polishes her stage presence with confidence and refined dance technique. Pilates for Every Body - Pilates class that encourages all skill levels to participate. This class is excellent for individuals looking to start a new exercise regimen. The instructor is especially skilled at training overweight and challenged individuals successfully. If you're looking to get in shape, this class is the answer! Sacred Movement - A women’s only class, apologies gentlemen, but send your partner to this class and you will benefit greatly. This class opens up your Goddess energy and gets you in touch with your deepest sensuality creating a healthy body image. Salsa - Students must call Naomi to pre-register. Naomi: (702) 810-4156. Soul Flow - Strengthening set of postures with flowing movement in between to distribute energy and connect to your soul. Stretch & Flex! - New Stretch & Flex class taught by world-famous contortionist Otgo. Learn to stretch your muscles, improve flexibility, strengthen your body, and improve your dance performance. This class is open to all ability levels. Everyone will benefit from this class! Tahitian - Tahitian Ori Dance, Drumming & Singing Level II Classes Ashtanga Yoga - A deep breathing cardiac workout emphasizing strength, flexibility, endurance, and release of tension. This class is based on the primary series and adds other variations allowing your own creative energy to flow. Expressive Yoga - Hatha yoga postures and fluid body movement creatively designed for students of all levels interested in tapping into the core integrity of the body and soul. Aimed at toning & strengthening the body while inspiring and relaxing the mind. Flamenco II - Intermediate Flamenco. Hangover Yoga - After a wild night, this class will bring you back into balance, release toxins, and re-energize your spirit. Hatha/Ashtanga /Expressive based yoga. Hangover is not required to participate. Jiva Mukti Vinyasa Yoga - Jiva Mukti means Soul Liberation. A challenging Vinsaya Ashtanga based flow with spiritual teachings.
