Yoga's beginnings are traced back to 1500-1200 BC India and are evolving daily in Las Vegas here at studiOhm!
Hatha Yoga, the physical branch of yoga , is said to support participants on a path to moral and physical disciplines, and deep meditation, just what any visitor or resident of Las Vegas could use to combat the crazy~beautiful spot in the desert studiOhm calls home! While yoga participants are busy breathing, moving, relaxing {and at studiOhm, sometimes laughing!} they are also transforming their bodies. Stretching {naturally!}, toning, and yes even sweating their way to a more enlightened mind and beautiful glowing outer self. Some celebrities who have the yoga glow are Sting, Ricky Martin, Raquel Welch, Madonna, Meg Ryan, Christy Turlington, Gwyeneth Paltrow as well as Evander Holyfield and the LA Lakers.

Can yoga keep you young? Maybe, maybe not, but at StudiOhm you can come, play, breathe, get into the yoga groove and decide for yourself.
